Mr. Shin, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen Good evening, this is my 4th time to participate in this event. First of all i would like to thank President Shin for organizing this event. I appreciate your initiatives. I just Hope to promote and establish more cultural programs for better understanding of music. This would be a good way to have a better communication to foreigners. Also, I hope to have more English signs. Not only in the city, but including the small cities around Korea. More important in the hotel. Again thank you very much Mr. Shin for your effort and programs for foreigners here. May your ICFW will continue further.
